Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: first name, last name, company, country, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. Please do not include special categories of personal data (e.g. health data, ethnic origin, political or religious opinions) in your message.

Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to respond to the request submitted through the contact form and to manage any resulting business relationship. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for requests aimed at establishing a business relationship, the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary to process your request: without it, we will not be able to respond.

Data retention

Data collected through the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where a business relationship results, for its duration and for the periods required by law for accounting, tax and administrative purposes. After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Your data may be processed by authorised staff of Yolo Cos S.r.l. and by third-party providers acting as data processors, in particular our website hosting and infrastructure provider (Vercel Inc.). Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area: in that case, the transfer takes place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other adequate safeguards under the GDPR. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

This site uses a strictly necessary technical cookie to remember your selected language (YOLO_LOCALE), which does not require your consent. Only if you consent through the cookie banner, the site also uses Google Analytics cookies to collect aggregated, anonymous browsing statistics (see the "Google Analytics" section below). Subject to your consent, given through the cookie banner, this site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to collect aggregated, anonymous statistics about site usage (pages visited, traffic sources, session duration) in order to improve the content we offer. • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

Yolo Cos S.r.l. reserves the right to update this policy periodically to reflect changes in the law or in how data is processed. The last update date is shown at the top of the page: we encourage you to check it periodically.
